How can you be a vegetarian if you don't like vegetables?
...my husband teased me when we first met. I was trying to eat right by not eating a lot of meat. But I really don't like many vegetables, so I ate lots of starches and grains.
Now I eat more meat, but I still don't like many vegetables. That's always worried me. I'm over 40 and have 2 kids under 4. I want to be healthy, feel good and be fit and active so I can play with my girls and be around for my grandkids one day.
So when I came across this product with 25 vegetables in a capsule and heard it had stuff linked to healthier hearts and joints and other anti-aging ingredients, I decided to try it. Now I feel really relieved that I’m getting the kind of nutrition I need to stay healthy - plus, I feel a lot more energy. I'm not craving a nap by the middle of the afternoon.
